Thank you Nasuti. Adenanthos is probsbly right as I don't know much about the Amsterdam area. The photo was taken from the cruise ship Oriana. It was almost dark at the time and it's a pretty crap photo TBH....

She was in the progress of discharging a grain cargo or has just finished it for the Cargill company who has a huge complex in the Mercuriushaven and Vlothaven docks in Amsterdam.
Photo was probably taken from another vessel.
