She lies in the N part of the Bahia Limon, on port side when one comes out of the panama canal Atlantic bound. I can not make the name out, any infos appreciated

CIENFUEGOS/ZAFIRO (IMO 8037865) - sold by Naviera Mar America, Havana under Belize flag to unidentified owners in 2001 and Belize reg cancelled
PINAR DEL RIO (IMO 8037877) - sold by same Cuban owners, under Cuban flag, in 2010 to unidentified owners and Cuban reg cancelled

Capt Peter transits 25-Oct the Pancan, he would pass it in 150-200 m , I told him too to check on it,,hopefully he passes it at daylight.

I don't have a specific suggestion here, but can at least start the process of elimination. She is one of approx 25 sister vessels built in Romania between 1974 and 1981. I haven't found any evidence of any of these having re-located trans-Atlantic, except for the last two which were built for Cuban owners. These were the CIENFUEGOS (IMO 8037865) and PINAR DEL RIO (IMO 8037877). The CIENFUEGOS was re-named ZAFIRO in 1992. Neither of these vessels features - so far - on Shipspotting.
Anybody able to narrow the field down ?
