Found out the names while browsing Lawrence's photos. On the left former Bremerhaven based customs patrol cutter KONDOR. On the right HANNIBAL.

Sorry you are right this is the HANNIBAL,rechecking the MANWEL had ( or has) different bridgehouse, masts and the bow deck was more of a turtleback.I would be posting a photo of the MANWEL afloat dated May 1983 later on ,the trouble is most of these photos of that time, the colours have faded to a sort of sepia hue.
