I worked as a crew on this beautiful ship MARIA KOSMAS in 1996 it was my first time working as a seaman because I was young and the positions were closed
Later I was hired by the chief captain of this Company to work in the galley and then I went wherever I wanted to work in the engine room as an oiler. I have very fond memories of this steamer that arrives at the port of Piraeus every Thursday for a few hours......I caught the Cypriot flagged steamer unforgettable memories and good guys from officers to junior crew

Moved to Dubai 2005. Work began 2006 to convert her to 97m superyacht COSMOS. Work stopped 2009. Lying next to Cruise One, ex Renaissance Two. Google Maps satellite view PIN 25.266449,55.262558. More pics www.seyfferth.de/yachts/cosmos.html.

IMO 6127324. Built 1981 as the survey ship H.M.A.S. COOK for the Royal Australian Navy. She completely disappears from all records from the late 90's onwards. Does anyone know what happened to her? Many thanks for your help!
