Description:

Now with her starboard bridge wing and forward lashing bridges installed... And I finally got what was the most unwelcome (for me) difference from the first Triple E batch, quite obvious, but I just couldn't pinpoint it: the new Triple E ships will be flush deckers, without raised forecastle...

Hi Roy,
That's my plan, to make weekly updates on her construction status... :)
I'm aware of her heightened hull, and her being a "flush decker" is in line with MSC Jade design - but I liked the forecastle of the first batch better.
But I agree, we shall see how she looks loaded with boxes.

Cheers

Vlad

Hi Vlad,
Again thanks for the update, you're making a nice 'time-laps' here on shipspotting.
The flush deck will be because the increased depth of the hull, so actually the forecastle is the same height.
What I can see so far she looks less ugly then the first series. But that's of course my personal opinion. And let's wait how she looks in service with a load of boxes.
Keep up the good work.
Cheers,
Roy
