US Navy Nimitz Class Nuclear Powered Aircraft Carrier (last of ten in class). Seen leaving Norfolk Naval Station going east past Fort Monroe Hampton VA. She is going out for a combined Composite Unit Exercise and Joint Task Force Exercise. This will be a multi week long task and will the final major practice before she deploys on a 6+ month operational deployment.
