Description:

The BAYKAL shown here at the Pha Rung Shipyard near Haiphong during what was a lengthy conversion project into a more modern cruise ship. Ultimately the conversion was never completed and the ship was scrapped in 1998, possibly in the state as shown.

Thanks rd77 I knew it was the Kavalerovo, there were two large russian fishing ships as well.

Very interesting Pieter! I never realised she ended up in Vietnam. The cargo ship on the right is the KAVALEROVO (1970-2009, IMO 7102077).
