Some sort of heavy-duty electrical tranformer, perhaps. It's visible in the other photo: http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/photo.php?lid=2579393

It's due to whatever is being lifted out of her hold. It can be easily seen that both cranes are doing a tandem lift so the cargo is heavy causing her to list towards the weight.
