The 62-years old Icebreaker Voima drydocked at Turku Repair Yard for a comprehensive renewal of the hull’s steel structures. The machinery- and deck equipment was overhauled.Voima is the oldest operational icebreaker in the world, expected to serve for at least 10 more years after this life extension.
