Probably with Assault Craft Unit 4 in Little Creek VA.
The LCACs are 87' feet long and carry up to 60 tons (75 in overload) up to 200 nautical miles at 40 knots per hour with the ability to use to up 80% of the world's beaches (as opposed to 17% with standard landing craft).
