And another thing, check out the youtubepage, there you may get any angle you are after. The pictures i post here are stills from the film itself.

Hehe, relax both of you, all these photos are still there. But 5000 pictures from the bridge got tiresome. And keep in mind i do this for a living and must (unfortunatly) once in a while listen to the customers.

If I had your drone & was in that place, I would aim, if possible, for the angles similar to those most of the FotoFlite's photos were taken from: flying lower so the ship's deck isn't dominating.

Sorry, Tomas, but I do not like your "right overhead" drone shots. I prefer to get an idea from a photo what a ship actually looks like from an angle I may possibly view it in the future. This site is a great tool for ship recognition but photos like this are not much help for that. I, too, prefer (and miss) your shots from the bridge and from halfway up a fjord mountainside.

I see your point. But on the other side- I was getting tired of the whole bridge, and needed to refresh. And the shipowners asked for new views as well. Have a look:

Had to be done. Will continue pics from bridges, but by drone.

Hi, Tomas! Am I the one on here who's starting to miss your classic bridge style photos via the camera in hands? And when was the last time you were taking shots while standing on the ground? Drones provide some more interesting angles, but it's also easy to slip with them to the side where photos become, well, boring / nothing special, if honest. Don't want to offend or give directions of how to shipspot, but I think the drone spoiled you, hehe

Regards,
Denis

Drones will bring new views of ships, for sure! Interesting and promising...for those who have one!
I would like to see pictures from above but sideways, like "Skyfotos" used to do when ships were passing the channel...
Thanks for sharing
