An unusual visitor to Las Palmas, a trawler, but without any fishing gear visible on deck, and of which was unusually clean and clear of anything at all.
A former suspected 'spying' vessel for the Japanese whaling fleet, and has had run-ins with the Sea Shepherd conservation group in the past:
