Due to the IMO number being 8650904 I suspect that the hull may be older than 2004 built.

It isn't the first time I've seen a vessel with a number in that range that must have been issued to it later in life. There are a number of fishing vessels running around in the Pacific Northwest which have been rebuilt larger, or needed IMO registration, and have been issued such a number.

A good example is CHELLISSA, which started life at under 100 tons, was rebuilt to 112, and then to 195. Her number, listed in Coast Guard documentation, and which checks out as valid, is new enough to not show up in the database Shipspotting sources, yet starts with "8."

This ship built in 2004 as tuna fish vessel without IMO number. Seen here left one - sister ship Genevieve built in 2003 http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/photo.php?lid=667438
Thank your Patalavaca for your pics
