20/12/1996 reported laid up
1997 sold to Compañía Marítima SA, Asunción
1997 detained by Paraguay authorities, and moored at Paraguay naval base, Asuncion

Nothing more recent found, and cannot see on Googlemaps.

Husni she has probably been decommissioned a long time ago. Paraguay probably lacks the money to run her.

I don't think she's a reefer, just a general cargo tween.
