Going west past Fort Monroe Hampton VA returning to Norfolk Naval Station. Coming home after a seven month deployment to the Mediterranean, Indian Ocean, and Persian Gulf as part of the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) Carrier Strike Group. During this deployment, she used Tomahawk land attack cruise missiles to eliminate radar sites that had been guiding missile attacks on ships from Yemen.
