It is more a money matter,, most pobably those would stay where they are in the next port, in other words they would not be moved. Keep in mind, every move of a container cost also money, never mind if the container is full or empty and terminals getting paid per/move not per hour or tonnage or such.

.... and at least a dozen write-offs still just about on board. The forward stacks seem unscathed - perhaps because only two high and lower ones lashed.
