Description:
29th January 1967, exactly fifty years ago yesterday, was the last of three full days spent at Gravesend armed with a new camera.
The tenth ship to be photographed on that day was the 1961 East German built, Cuban owned, SIERRA MAESTRA. Renamed MAISI in 1980, she stranded at Havana in July 1981 and was broken up at Cabana in 1982.
