Probably on her first Lauritzen voyage, the Indian Reefer sailing Napier 4.3.92 after loading meat and fruit for West Coast USA. She was one of a large class of "Penguin" reefers built for Gustav Erikson and was completed 27.2.91 as Erikson Reefer. In late January 1992 she was one of three purchased by J. Lauritzen A/S and renamed Indian Reefer before being painted in the traditional red hull colours. When Lauritzen exited reefer shipping in 2007, the Indian Reefer retained her name even she had been sold. By 2012, she had reverted to her original white hull colours, and in 2014 was renamed Scrombus coinciding with a change of ownership.
