She is underway with a tug on starboard between the two cranes. Her very pedestrian progress maybe just caution, as very benign conditions enabled handling with just the one tug as opposed to first call when there were too. She was due for a right hand 90 degree turn in about 50 meters so probably taking it easy to line things up in best fashion.

Well caught Brent. Nice reflections. She does not seem to be moving but I cannot see an anchor line - must be straight up and down on the starboard side.
