Description:
The USSR's 1957 Nikolayev built RIONGES, operated by the Murmansk Shipping Company, is seen passing Portishead, inbound for Avonmouth from Montreal exactly fifty years ago today, on 6th February 1967.
After spending most of 1976 at her home port RIONGES was sold to Spain for breaking and she arrived at Castellon on 3rd December 1976 for that purpose.
