Golar Patricia used to carry logs to Japan from BC, Washington & Oregon in the 1960s, crew was mostly Norwegian, cooks were from Italy.

I could add that, clearly, the midships accommodation was removed and plonked on the aft end during the conversion.
Also, coincidentally, a VLCC of the same name, exploded and sank on 05/11/1973, not so far from where I am sitting now, & had the dubious distinction of being the (then) largest ever marine loss.

IMO/LR 5271721.
Built in 1952 as a tanker by Kawasaki, Kobe, Japan (925)
17,735 g.t. & 28,400 dwt., as:
'Patricia' to 1965,
'Golar Patricia' to 1969,
'Jose Hernandez' to 1974 &
'United Bulk Shipper' to 1974 &
'Astrasalta' until arrived at Kaohsiung for demolition on 13/03/1977.

Vessel was converted by Kawasaki into a bulk carrier in 1966, with new tonnages of 15,724 g.t. & 26,012 dwt.
