Spot on. Built by Alabama DD in 1944 as the T2 NORDAHL GRIEG for Norwegian Government. Then in 1962 converted to bulk carrier by replacing cargo section with new midbody built by Rheinstahl Nordseewerke, Emden

Looking at the midships accommodation/wheelhouse, she looks as if she started life as a T-2 tanker, and was subsequently "jumbo-ised", or as often happened with T-2s, the Engine Room/aft accommodation was retained, and a complete new hull constructed. I saw several such T-2 conversions during the 1960's.
