Not on Athol Buoy as others, one anchor down, tugs sent back to base.
Very close to Manly and Watsons Bay ferry tracks.

Nice catch Clyde. Looks like her port anchor is down, she was booked to anchor at Athol Buoy. Must say I am not keen on the lipstick!
