The German trials submarine U 12 of Klasse 205B is seen here on 15 Aug 1992 in Kiel-Wik Naval base. The former Klasse 205 vessel endured several modifications of the sail shape and hull applications for tests and trials of sonar and other equipment. Here she is fitted for 'Sonar 90 FTC' tests.
