Description:

Maiden arrival in Hamilton Harbour, Bermuda, on a cruise from the Caribbean. Made weekly visits from New York during the spring/summer/early autumn for several years prior to being lengthened, following which it was too big to enter Hamilton.

No I guess not but Kloster was doing a lot of strange things at the time. I guess he realised just in time that these ships weren't fit for RVL. Let me try to find back the story. I'm sure we discussed it on LinersList many times.

These ships were hardly of Royal Viking Line standard.

I always felt these ships were a bit too short prior stretching. Originally ordered for Royal Viking Line if I recall correctly.
