This looks like a Canadian built 'North Sands' type and as it is in Ropner colours must be taken post war. The ship's name appears to comprise two words so I think it must still have its wartime 'Fort' name. Unfortunately Ropners managed a lot of them and those that they continued to manage post war were Forts George, Brule, Finlay, Stager, Cadotte, Coulonge, Wellington, Henley and Beausejour. Take your pick.
