This isn't "SERENITY" IMO:7305485.
She is "SERENITY" IMO:7116860. The twin funnels give it away.
She was built by Arnhemsche Shipyard, Arnhem, Netherlands as a General Cargo ship.
Launched:3/7/1971 and completed:14/6/1972, eleven months later.
Originally 3,892 gt and 6,267 dwt.
1972 - "OTTO PORR" - Franz Hagen, Hamburg, Germany
1978 - "NEGAH" - Cie. Negah Etablissement, Singapore
1980 - name changed to "DANAE"
1988 - "SERENITY" - Mandera Shipping Co. SA, Limassol, Cyprus (as in photo)
1992 - lengthened to 101.4m oa and 95.0m pp. New tonnages:4,255 gt and 6,341 dwt. Converted to a bulk carrier by Estaleiros Navias de Viana do Castelo, Portugal.
1993 - "SERENADE" - Paphian Shipping Co. Ltd., Limassol
1998 - new owner Monteverdi di Nav. Srl, Naples, Italy
2011 - new owner Diomeda Cia di Nav., Naples
2012 - new owner Blaik Corp., Naples
11/8/2014 - broken up at Aliaga
