Huguenot Memorial Park. City run park across the river from Mayport Naval Station. If I remember right there is a $5 per day fee. All ocean going ships going to the Port of Jacksonville have to pass by here as they enter the river from the Atlantic Ocean. Park in the old camping area that was damaged from hurricanes.
