Jetty Pier Park of Port Canaveral FL.
Park directly along the channel into the port. Great photo opportunities, but does charge $15 per day for access for non Brevard County residents and can be crowded at times. There is a nearby observation complex that the Port also runs, I did not find out about this until after it had closed on the last day I was there.
The cruise ships usually arrive in early morning darkness, but leave between 4 and 6 in the afternoon.
