When she was built in 1965 there was not that many navigation.sat domes etc as to day, only some radar aerials and whips plus the usual flags used.
Nowadays these domes somehow mar the look of the vessel.

If the mast has been enlarged to accommodate the plethora of domes, then she probably looked more "balanced" when new.

Yes Clive I second that comment, the saying "Putty and paint makes the devil a saint " is more than apt for both, but mind you I am not generalising.

Vessels such as Paloma hold their years far better than any woman ever can.

The PALOMA is a classic and a beauty to behold, like a beautiful woman she is aging gracefully. Built in 1965, she has now reached the grand age of 52 years , long may she grace the seas.
