Looks like one of the Japanese-built 'Fastbox' ships built in the 1970s, though most of them were gearless. One that isn't is IMO 7626865 which was last reported named QATAR SADIQ 2

She looks like one of the 'Fast Box', familiar in European waters in the 80' : SIGGEN II, ALSTERBERG, BETTINA, etc ...
