The tug MOKU PAHU (IMO 7932202) was renamed SLNC MOKU PAHU in 10/2017
The barge is indeed HSTC 1 (IMO 8645973) (but does not use AIS etc)
All but one of the other photos of this combination are filed under MOKU PAHU (IMO 7932202), in "Tug and tow" category. I suggest that these go there too.

This vessel is better known as MOKU PAHU, and used to carry sugar between Maui and California. The sugar refinery closed, so she now carries US government cargos worldwide, operated by Schuyler Line.

I would like to know why a barge that is registered in Honolulu was trading in Greece, in April last... This is pushing the Jones act way too far.

It,s done to circumvent crewing requirements, if she would be a bulker like that she would have a lot more crew under US flag

I like how while it looks like an ordinary old bulker, it's actually a pusher with barge!
