yes, the deck cargo is a mess and had clearly shifted

KATINGO had sailed from Inningham on 4th October 1963 bound for Archangel, presumably to load another cargo of timber

Very atmospheric picture and a interesting vessel!

Laid as Type PF(C) cargo steamer "Empire Penang" but finished as repair ship "Mullion Cove", 1948 "Margaret Clunies", 1951 "Waynegate", 1961 "KATINGO", 1964 "President Magsaysay", 1968 "Magsaysay", fire 34.48N/125.51E at 19. July 1968, broken up at Kyong Nam Products Co., Pusan from December 1968

Is that ship was built with a tilt or was there some problems loading timber or everything is going fine and normal?
