The title of this photo could well be written as:
VLS floating drydock Dok 11
Alternatively can be also well written, as you have proposed:
Viktor Lenac Dok 11
As you've mentioned, David, this photo should be moved to category "special purpose ships",
or,
could be even in category "harbour overview images" (HOI), because, and actually, on this image are seen the whole premises of shipyard Viktor Lenac (though the floating drydock is in the foreground).

Jadran - should the right name for the dock be something like "Viktor Lenac Dok 11" (or is it II=2?) - or something different?
Other empty floating docks have been placed in "special purpose ships".

.... yeah, yeah, Volker my dear friend... expert or no expert, but I was with shipyard Viktor Lenac, Rijeka for 35 full continuous years, and then I retired in 2010.....

Dimensions of the floating drydock Dok 11:
Length overall: 261,70 mtrs
Beam (internal clear between towers): 53 mtrs
Height (from main deck to tower deck): 17 mtrs
Maximum draft: 9,50 mtrs
Lifting capacity: 40,000 mtons
For vessels up to: DWT 160,000 mtons
