Hi Mano, first when I noticed the fin forward of her propeller, I was like "what the heck is THAT!?!"... :)

I've never seen anything like it on a big container vessel before, although I've seen Schneekluth ducts on smaller vessels.

I believe the ships of this size will have ram type electro-hydraulic steering gears with 4 cylinders, with up to 12,000 kNm working torque.
