Shipspoting place at the Asian side of Istanbul, good from 06.00 o clock until 14.00 o clock.
For southbound vessels the place with the mark ist optimal for front views, for northgoing vessels it is better to walk a bit up to the Leander tower (can bee seen in the back) as you can take the vessel entering from Marmara Sea.
You reach the place via the ferry from Eminou or with the underground Marmaray from the railway station Sirkeci (only one station). I revise the Istanbul card for the transport, which can be uploaded, so that you do not have to be a ticket every time.
Left side of the radar station there is a restaurant from which you can watch the ships passing with a turkish style toilet.
