Stromberg (played by Curd Jürgens) was the villain in only one Bond-movie, The spy who loved me. That was 40 years ago, so one can easily forget this character's name...

Stromberg is not a character I remember, the prototype looks even more menacing though.

Looks like the kind of contraption that a typical villain (Blofeld?) in any James Bond movie would be using as his form of maritime transport.
