Hello Paul, Thanks for another marvellous image. The New Westminster City was bombed and sunk by German aircraft at Murmansk on 3 April 1942. In March 1947 it was raised by the Russians, and it was then towed to Penarth, refitted and sold to Irish Bay Lines, Belfast, who renamed it Dingle Bay. In 1951 it was sold to Japanese owners and renamed Asakaze Maru. It was broken up in Japan in 1965. Regards, Warwick Foote
