Description:
The 1936 Fairfield, Glasgow, built coastal passenger vessel ST.TRILLO is seen passing Portishead on 3rd September 1967 during a Bristol Channel cruise while on charter to P&A Campbell. She had been built as ST.SILIO for Liverpool & North Wales SS Co Ltd who renamed her ST.TRILLO in 1945. In 1963 her owners became Townsend Ferries Ltd who sold her in 1973 to N.A.D.Wait of Liverpool. She proceeded to Dublin in April 1975 for breaking under the rather ungainly name of THRILLO, still registered in Liverpool.
