Collided with a small fishing vessel on 31-08-2107.
Mykines left Tórshavn at around midnight GMT bound for Thórleiksöfn about one hour later the accident happened. The fishing vessel sank shortly after. It had a crew of two. One was recued. Ais show Mykines had a speed of 16,4 knot at the moment of the accident. Coastguard vessel Brimil and Rescue Liv took part in the search for the missing crewmember.
