Description:

The jack up drilling rig Rowan Norway, being towed from Dundee by the AHTS vessel Tor Viking. She is being assisted by the tugs Boa Heimdal, Boa Balder, Corringham and Kittiwake. The Rowan Norway had been laid up in Dundee for over a year, before eventually getting a contract for work in the North Sea. There are still 4 jack up rigs laid up in Dundee. Two of which, the Rowan Norway is passing. These are the Ensco 121 and Rowan Gorilla VII.
