Looks easy to me, They lerned from bad experience, the construction of the hull is not wide and when the tug has to push, bow, or special side to the hull it comes easy under a bow overhang or aft the same when ballast vessel and most probably they had previously already damages to the upper accommodation and the monkey isle where the FF water guns are positioned.
