HMS Stalker laying at Pounds scrapyard in the upper reaches of Portsmouth harbour.Built as a Landing ship Tank LST 3515 at Canadian Yarrow at Esquimalt Canada and launched 1944.Being steam engined it was hoped she could be preserved,but being built in Canada she does not meet the required criteria.
