and those bunbkering tanker have the habit of trying to stop pumping when still 50 tons or so are missing but declare the full amount and refuse to give the rest. The resolution is to tell thewm,,fine with me, I have a few hours bunker loss caculated in my voyage, wehile your bunker ship is awaited urgent by the next ship for bunkering. After about 2 hrs when the Master on the bunker realizes that one means business he gives the 50 ton and goes on to the next ship and 'new game' Full power bandits and mafia those crews and possibly also the owners of the bunker vessels

Here in Chile the ports of San Antonio and Valparaiso have the same problem.

One of the problems of ship photography at Gib: there's usually a bloomin' bunkering tanker in the way!
