Good question, Frank. I have no idea. I was only judging by the fact that she was decommissioned in 2003. The pennant number might still be there for historical reasons, but that's just guessing. I'm faaaaaar (and still a bit further) from being a pro with military vessels :-)

fits in the destroyer category, is she still a federal german ship ??
