Here's an improved view of the hotel vessel DELTA KING (ON 225874), which served in the U S Navy in WWII as a houseboat (YHB 6) and a ferry boat (YFB 55). Although technically built by the California Transportation Co. in Stockton CA, some sources say she and her sister DELTA QUEEN were constructed from kits built at a yard in Scotland.
