The BC Ferries vessels SALISH RAVEN and QUEEN OF NEW WESTMINSTER in a meeting of two widely-separated generations of the fleet. In the foreground, QUEEN OF NEW WESTMINSTER was built in 1964 and is the third-oldest vessel in the BC Ferries fleet. In the background, SALISH RAVEN is the newest vessel in the fleet and began service in August 2017. Both vessels are underway for the Tsawwassen terminal with QUEEN OF NEW WESTMINSTER sailing from Swartz Bay and SALISH RAVEN sailing from Galiano Island.
