Her sister, now King Seaways and her 3 half sisters, originally the Olau Hollandia/ Britannia and Koningin Beatrix were all built to the same design. The King Seaways front end was changed to a more streamlined design by Brittany Ferries.

Absolutely right Jon. I wonder if any other vessels have been built to the same design?

She's certainly distinctive but I never quite understood the thinking behind the blunt front end. It can't be good for fuel economy and must slow the vessel down in a headwind.
