Yep, International Seaways is a spin-off from OSG. The non-Jones Act business is now International Seaways. OSG is only doing Jones Act business now: http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20161201005732/en/OSG-Completes-Spin-Off-International-Business-International-Seaways

Thanks Ian, I think it is just the new name for OSG, and the ships are being gradually renamed. (and repainted). OSG was in financial difficulties if I remember correctly.
