She was built at Southwick, England by Austin & Pickersgill as the SD14 class general cargo ship IMME OLDENDORFF.. In 1987 she was renamed LADY ARYETTE then IVYEVERETT in 1992, TECHMAT PIONEER in 1994 and then finally BIN LOOTAH in 1997. On 19 July 1999 she arrived off Chittagong, Bangladesh where she was later beached for demolition..
